1. Information We Collect

When you log in with Discord, we collect your basic public profile information (username, avatar, ID) and your email address if authorized. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional Discord username, category, subject, and message that you submit.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide you with a personalized experience, manage leaderboard rankings, facilitate store purchases, route contact requests, prevent abuse, and reply to you. Contact messages are available only to authorized administrators. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All authentication passes securely through Discord's official OAuth2 API.

4. Contact Message Retention and Delivery

Contact messages are stored in our application database for up to 365 days so administrators can track and resolve requests. Cloudflare provides spam protection and email routing, and Resend delivers message notifications to authorized team inboxes. These providers process only the information needed to provide those services.

5. Your Choices and Contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact information by using the contact form and choosing “Privacy request,” or by emailing [email protected].
