Good Night Bot Terms of Service

By using the Good Night Discord bot, interacting with its commands, joining server systems it manages, or using website features connected to it, you agree to these terms, the Good Night community rules, Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and any rules shown inside the Good Night Discord server. These terms are between you and Good Night Community; Discord is not responsible for the bot under these terms.

Good Night is the primary server automation application for the Good Night community. It supports moderation, anti-spam and anti-raid workflows, tickets and transcripts, role and permission workflows, voice-room tools, event and clan systems, XP and economy features, audit logs, and website-connected member features.

You may use the bot for normal community participation, moderation workflows you are authorized to perform, event participation, website account linking, profile features, clan features, voice-room controls, and other Good Night community features made available to your account or roles.

• Do not use the bot to harass, threaten, dox, spam, raid, evade punishments, or impersonate others.
• Do not abuse moderation powers, voice controls, economy features, store perks, clans, events, or tickets.
• Do not attempt to bypass command permissions, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, or Discord platform rules.
• Do not submit false reports, fabricated evidence, malicious uploads, or content that violates server rules.

The bot and authorized staff may warn, mute, timeout, jail, kick, ban, remove perks, limit commands, restrict rooms, archive tickets, or take other actions needed to protect the server. Automated actions may be reviewed by staff, but Good Night may preserve logs and evidence where needed for safety, abuse prevention, dispute review, or legal compliance.

Some bot features are connected to the Good Night website, including Discord login, profiles, leaderboards, store purchases, inventory, tournament or event registration, and premium rooms or roles. Purchases, donations, balances, and perks are subject to the website terms and any posted store rules. Perks may be removed if they are abused or if the account violates community rules.

The bot is provided for community operations and may be changed, paused, rate-limited, restarted, or discontinued at any time. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, Discord outages, infrastructure incidents, abuse investigations, or moderation emergencies.

The bot processes Discord and website-connected data as described in the Good Night Bot Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these terms and Discord's applicable terms or policies, Discord's terms and policies control for Discord platform use.

For questions, appeals, reports, or data requests, open a support ticket in the Good Night Discord server or contact the Good Night staff team through the official community support channels.
